Why do I love my job?

I love my job because I feel part of something really special and exciting. I feel like a true team member working towards the same goal everyone has. To treat every customer as one of our own family members. Give them the tools and information they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.

When I’m not at work, you can find me....

You can find me at home reading hanging with my fur baby. Out on the golf course with my brother and dad. Camping when the weather allows, and taking a yoga or dance class when I have the time. And I am most excited about being able to travel again soon once this Covid thing is over.

How does what I do impact others?

I know that although I may be new to the industry and to the company, I truly believe that the vision to help as many people achieve financial freedom is an important and worthwhile pursuit. I believe that we are destined to help an infinite amount of people in the years to come.

2 favourite things about your life journey so far?

I have had many different experiences in my life of both positive and negative energies. Both have brought me to a place where I feel strong enough to take steps to lead me to a new start. Being a dance instructor for nearly 2 decades I quit to pursue other interests. It led me to be available for a job offer in Cairo, Egypt. Without the courage to leave behind the comfortable life I had known, I never would have had the international life experience. Back teaching when I returned, Covid put me into another unknown. After losing my position, I decided to return to school and see where the universe takes me next. I am so happy it led me to Ascendant Financial. New starts are worth the wait.

What type of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with all clients. To me they all have a common goal for themselves and their families. Although they are all unique situations and backgrounds, the end goal and how they want to achieve their goals, is the same and I value them all.
