Automation/Technology Specialist

The Automation/Technology Specialist will also be involved in evaluating emerging technologies, recommending upgrades, and overseeing the deployment of new systems. What You Will Be Doing?

Job Responsibilities:

Technology Support and Implementation:

  •  Provide support for our CRM system, Keap (training will be provided).
    • New team member onboarding
    • Data tracking and reporting 
    • Live event preparation
    • Maintenance and optimization of CRM
  • Technology channel Responsible for providing immediate remote technical assistance for all technology-related issues. Duties include troubleshooting software problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Zoom Webinar events. Responsible for setting up, configuring, and managing Zoom webinars. Duties include Creating webinars in zoom, updating corresponding Keap Campaigns, testing Webinar and campaigns,  and configuring live streaming to YouTube. 
  • Also tasked with generating separate performance reports for each webinar to assess reach and engagement. And sending out webinar performance reports to the entire company
  • MyDay (Add information to new clients to database, verify Lead sources before scheduled meetings, update lead sources, manually send confirmation emails)
  • Email broadcasts: Responsible for editing, formatting, and sending targeted marketing emails to prospects. Duties include ensuring accurate and effective messaging and tracking email performance metrics.
  • Advisor stats  Responsible for collecting daily statistics on advisor activities and generating concise reports.

Collaboration with Teams:

  •   Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless use of software tools.
  •   Contribute to the documentation and reporting of technical issues.

Learning and Development:

  • Proactively learn and master software tools such as Keap, FixYourFunnel, and AppointmentCore.
  • Show a keen interest in understanding and contributing to the operations and growth of the company.




 

Preferred Experience & Attributes

  • High school diploma required; college or university degree is a plus.
  • Experience with computers and basic computer troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies and software.
  • Ability to self-teach and adapt to new technological environments.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to our technology stack.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in situations with unfamiliar challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
