Why do I love my job?

I love my job because I get to help people and families from all backgrounds/industries to stop money flowing away from them and instead to them. I love that as an advisor I am able to see the difference IBC can make in someone's life and the change it brings about in them as they learn to become their own banker. 

When I’m not at work, you can find me....

You can find me training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, on a hike, at the gun range or reading. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family or with people who I can learn from.

How does what I do impact others?

My work allows me to impact the financial lives of everyday Canadians and empower them through practical, realistic financial literacy that works. This in return allows them to have control over their financial life and pursue other passions with peace of mind. 

2 favourite things about your life journey so far?

  1.  Life, as a whole. Everything that has happened so far and will happen in the future is exactly as it should be so to be able to move through this life journey in unison with “Maharaj's Kirpa” or God's grace will always be something I am extremely grateful for and consider a blessing. I do not believe in coincidences and could not have planned how I ended up here today, so I am always curious as to where life will go next or what is in store. 
    2. Becoming a Sikh. This is something I am still working on and will always be working on, as the word “Sikh,” literally means to learn or be a learner. I am aware that righteousness, compassion, contentment, truth, knowledge, love and integrity are all important virtues that we must strive to achieve and implement in all aspects of our lives. Sikhi is the path that allows me to use my potential to have a positive impact on my loved ones or anyone that I am in touch with and connect with God. I hope to lead every interaction I have with as much positivity as I can and Sikhi gives me the tools to do that.

What type of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with naturally curious clients who want to learn about iBC and can use their imagination to envision what it can do for them, their business, their family or community. I work best with people who are coachable and look to actively engage in achieving their goals. In essence, clients who embrace the concept of having a lifelong relationship that works toward giving them the knowledge and confidence they need to become their own banker.
